
Alison Mlodik, DDS
Dr. Alison Mlodik completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then completed her dental degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. As a dedicated dentist, she truly cares about meeting the needs of her patients; she values the history of the practice. Dr. Mlodik is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the Portage Country Dental Society, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Mlodik is certified to offer treatment for sleep apnea, dental implants, and laser dentistry. Away from the office, Dr. Mlodik enjoys spending time with her husband and her three young sons. She also enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and relaxing.

Jeffrey Snyder, DMD
Dr. Snyder completed his undergraduate degree at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. After nearly a decade in the business world, he refocused his career, seeing that his interests and abilities aligned with dentistry’s art and science. He attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ, where he graduated with honors and repeated recognition for clinical excellence and manual dexterity. Community service is essential to Dr. Snyder, and he has served as a dental officer in the Army National Guard since 2015. His interest in helping others has taken him from Native American clinics in the southwest, to Poland, Guatemala, and the Kingdom of Tonga.
Dr. Snyder prides himself on keeping abreast of the latest techniques and technology, but most importantly, the ability to help anxious dental patients who may be avoiding care. He helps patients overcome dental anxiety, and changes their perception of dentistry for the better. Dr. Snyder is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry, National Guard Association of the United States and the Military Officers Association of America.
Away from the office, Dr. Snyder enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and three dogs in the great outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, or mountain biking.

Kim Kutzler, DDS
Dr. Kim Kutzler completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She earned her doctorate at Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating with magna cum laude honors. Dr. Kutzler focuses her dental practice on the prevention and wellness of her patients’ oral and overall health. She believes that health begins with education and takes time with her patients to help them better understand their oral health needs and their options. Dr. Kutzler is also certified in laser dentistry and Invisalign therapy. Dr. Kutzler is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Portage County Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kutzler enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their young son, Thomas, and enjoys distance running and yoga.

Roxanne Mittelstaedt, RDH
Roxanne graduated from Northcentral Technical College in 1995 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a Dental Hygienist for the past 24 years. Roxanne is licensed to administer local anesthetic; she obtained her Laser Certification in 2019. Roxanne was born and raised in Stevens Point and still resides there today.

Michelle Opal, RDH
Michelle has worked in the dental field for over 30 years and has been practicing dental hygiene for the last 25 years. Michelle graduated from North Central Technical College and trained in laser treatment of periodontal infection and inflammation. Michelle joined Point Place's practice in 2016 and has thoroughly enjoyed meeting and building relationships with amazing patients. Michelle calls the Wausau area her home.

Kathy Mann, RDH
Kathy is originally from Wausau and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Wisconsin for the past 24 years. Kathy graduated from Northcentral Technical College in 1995. Kathy strives to be continually learning, improving her skills. She enjoys participating in outreach programs and helps educate her community about the best practices for creating healthy mouths. Kathy has visited elementary schools and has conducted oral cancer screenings at Farm Technology Days in Marshfield, WI. She is a chief educator on the oral health-diabetes connection at a Diabetes conference for Marshfield Clinic. Kathy is certified in the most current laser technology and Nitrous Oxide sedation. She is currently the Secretary of the Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Association to help further innovation for dental hygienists in the state.

Cathy Wininger, RDH
Cathy attended Northcentral Technical College, where she obtained her Dental Hygiene Degree. Cathy has been a Dental Hygienist with Dr. Magyera for 25 years. Her certifications include local anesthetic, laser training, and an Associate Fellowship from the World Clinical Laser Institute. Cathy's professional passion includes building relationships with her patients and being an advocate in health and overall wellness. She also enjoys helping patients to prioritize their oral health needs to fit them best. Cathy honestly says that being a Dental Hygienist is an enjoyable and fulfilling career! Cathy is originally from Gilman, Wisconsin and has lived in the Stevens Point area until 2014, and now resides in Holcombe.

Karleah Edseth, RDH
Karleah attended Fox Valley Technical College where she received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012. Karleah is certified in laser and certified to give local anesthesia. Karleah is a native of Rosholt, lived in the Fox Valley area for nine years, and now resides in Stevens Point. Karleah enjoys meeting and developing relationships with her patients. She educates patients on their oral health and says that is the most rewarding aspect of her career.
